The black indexes contrast with the matt yellow dial background and allow easy reading of the time. Index and hands are impregnated with a solution of SuperLuminova, a phosphorescent pigment that provides exceptional luminosity at night. The sapphire crystal (with magnifying glass on the date window) ensures resistance to scratches and other shocks.

The brushed steel case, 47mm in diameter and 16mm thick, is resolutely modern and has a notched outline, a little reminder of the gears that have always been part of timepieces. A unidirectional bezel is also attached to this case.

In terms of refinement, this automatic watch has a 23mm wide brown leather strap, in the purest tradition of Tuscan leather goods.

SWISS MOVEMENT

The Classico U-47, water-resistant to 100 meters, is equipped with a manufacture movement, the Caliber U-28. Extremely sturdy, this one allows automatic winding of the watch, but not only: it also benefits from manual winding!

This allows the power reserve to be rewound via the crown located at 9 o’clock, offering the owner of the timepiece the possibility of recharging his movement … even when the watch is not worn.
